Refund Returns

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Samavetaa, each of our products is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans across India. As a result, slight variations in color, design, or finish are part of the charm of handmade products and not considered defects.

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged during transit

• An incorrect item has been delivered

• The purity of silver is not as specified at the time of purchase

(Refund only in that case,against proof.)

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact Us Within 2 Days:

Please write to us at info@samavetaa.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Kindly include:

• Your order number

• Full name

• Clear image(s) of the damaged or incorrect product

2. Return Authorization:

After reviewing your request, our team will confirm whether your return/exchange is eligible. If approved, you will need to ship the product to the address provided by our team, at your own expense.

3. Replacement or Refund:

Once we receive the returned product in its original condition and packaging, we will:

• Replace the item free of charge, if available

• Or issue a full refund for the product cost to your original payment method

4. Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

Returns & Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted In the Following Cases:

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address

• Incomplete or invalid address format (including P.O. Box addresses)

• Three failed delivery attempts by the courier service

• Refusal to accept the package at delivery

• Sizing issues — please refer to our detailed Size Guide before placing an order. For assistance, feel free to contact us.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of natural materials

*Absence of an unboxing video — an unedited unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim related to damage or incorrect items
